SUMMARY:Chapter Mini Camp
DESCRIPTION:Follow the Yellow Brick Road\n\nto our 2024 Chapter Mini-Camp in the Land of Oz\n\nWe are happy to be able to offer a Chapter Mini-Camp to our BV JBers at Innabah Camp & Retreat Center.\nAs an organization dedicated to inclusivity\, CISV Brandywine Valley welcomes youth with all experiences and backgrounds. \nCheck in is on Friday\, January 19th\, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. Camp ends on Sunday morning\, January 20th\, at 11:00 am. \nInnabah is just north of Chester Springs off Route 100. Our group will be staying in a heated lodge with separate accommodations for male JB and chaperones\, and for female JB and chaperones. The lodge has bunk bed-style sleeping configuration. \n  \nHelp make CMC possible by being a chaperone! CISV rules require one chaperone for every eight youth. Chaperoning is a very low-key way for adults to see what the kids actually do at CISV (and it’s super easy\, because the JB board plans all the activities). Chaperones must be over 21 and have background checks (download the forms here) on file with the chapter. If you’d like to chaperone or have questions about the background checks\, please contact Heather Simon. \nChaperone shifts are as follows:\nFriday\, 6:00 pm – Saturday\, 2:30 pm (Saturday breakfast & lunch included)\nand/or Saturday\, 2:00 pm – Sunday\, 11:00 am (Saturday dinner & Sunday breakfast included)\nChaperones are FREE! and encouraged to come and watch their child learn about CISV.  Thank you.\nChaperone Registration is at the bottom of this web page.\n \n  \nRegistration fee: $199.   The deadline to register at this price is January 4th.  The fee covers 2 nights of lodging\, 4 meals (Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast)\, and a camp t-shirt!! \nThe late registration fee is $215 and closes on January 11th.  We cannot guarantee a t-shirt for registrations during this period. \nA $20 discount will be applied for each additional registration within the same household. \nSchedule:\n \n\nCheck-in is on Friday\, January 19th\, from 6:00 to 7:00 pm.
