SUMMARY:Potluck Signing Dinner
DESCRIPTION:A celebration of upcoming travel\, our potluck signing dinner is for all delegates traveling with our Spring\, Summer or Winter programs. \nThis meet-and-greet is where the 2019 delegates\, their families and leaders get together for the very first time. \nAll traveling delegates and their family members are invited and attendance is highly recommended! \nIn addition to enjoying great food\, families learn a little more about CISV\, meet the program leaders\, schedule their delegation meetings\, sign their contract\, sign-up to volunteer\, complete background clearances\, receive and complete important travel forms and information. \nBring a dish to share (please indicate if it is vegetarian and if it contains gluten\, nuts\, soy\, or dairy)\, and help support our sustainability efforts by bringing your own reusable plates\, utensils\, cups\, and napkins. \nThis is also where the first payment is due and the delegate contract is signed.  There will also be spiritwear for sale: items range from $8 – $25 (most t-shirts are from $12-$15). \nTentative Schedule: \n\n5:00 – gathering and contract signing\n6:30 – dinner\n7:30 – parent training and delegate activities led by the Junior Branch\n\nPlease RSVP above; see you soon. \n
